Basically Master TKA, Master Pistoleer, 4440 Fencer
Great Defenses, capped dodge (near 200
)
high ranged / melee defense
ranged / melee mitigation 3 etc
What would i actually be good for with this also? PVP only?

You'll be an awesome tank as TKM due to your high defences versus/melee/range.
PVE I'd stick to TKM as the damage output on pistols just wont compare without spending a lot of money on speed tapes and great weapons

Yeah, you'll prolly end up using TK for most stuff, including most PvP actually. But if you can get lots of Pistol Speed attachments, and are willing to invest in some really nice pistols, you can be quite competitive there when your opponent is wearing 80-90% Kinetic resist armor.

With some dodge food you'd be pretty unhittable with a pistol equipped, but why not pikeman instead, I know almost everyone hates DOTs except for the people that use them. Lances are all the craze.

Yep this is one of the templates MCprimtime used for a while. Its great because you have a ton of defeanse however you will start to rely on TKA more then pistoleer.

If you wanted to get a Ranged Mastery just for the Mitigation (since you get already nice defenses from Fencer), I'd probably grab Riflemen instead. Then you at least have a powerful ranged weapon along with the Mitigation.

"Dodge" food doesn't work off the dodge skill, according to the questions-for-the-devs-and-some-answers thread in the Chef forum.
