Is there a pistol that fires bullets? Like the Tusken rifle does? Because some animals have weaknesses to kinetic type of damage where bullets would be more effective then a blaster.

Best pistol I've used is a Scout Blaster, been kind of hard to find a pistol with better stats so I haven't tested any others.

Tangle pistol looks like it fires actual bullets. I play around with 1 but it's not as good as my sliced dh17 or scout.

The striker pistol does kinetic damagae and sounds like a slug thrower so i guess it shoots bullets

If you really want the link I spend about 20 minutes pulling it out. For now you'll just have to believe me.

Special Damage Types:

DX2 - Acid

FWG5 - Heat

Tangler - Stun

Striker - Kinnetic.

Everything else is energy. SR Combat supposedly is AR1.

After reading this thread I went out and brought a striker pistol and found it quite fun.

Its certainly a change from the usual Star Wars blaster bolts, sort of like the pistol equivalent of the Tusken rifle.

It also appears to work ok in combatfrom what I have seen so far, so not just a novelty lead slinger for those of us who are after the retro weapon look.
