I was in Combat vs. a rifleman and i couldn't even hit him...**edit**
I have mad accuracy and speed and couldnt even land 90% of my shots, meanwhile hes taking me out at long range with Head shots and killing me at close range with advanced strafe! I am able to last long enough to "theoretically" kill him but i cant touch him!!!

This is being nerfed, you dont have to worry about super-rifleman pretty soon. They are being balanced.

It's a documented feature that has something to do with having a rifle equipped. Take a CDEF rifle at novice marksman and you'll notice that you barely ever get hit even at that low of a level. It seems that there's some sort of bug with the code...if you can believe that. Once the new patch hits things should even out a bit, well, that's what we hope at least.

Master Pistoleer with some fencer defenses and a stun helm and he won't be able to hit you either. Just stack your bleeds on him, use body shot 3 if you can get him knocked down and delayed (if you have dirty fighting) .. Otherwise i would either stay close to him and keep him moving, in order to lower his accuracy, or burst run and get past 65m and dont re enter range until the bleeds have done their dmg on his health pool.

1. Pistoleer doesn't have very good accuracy. TKA's nearly have 200 in accuracy at master. pistoleers don't even reach 100.
2. Rifleman that' cant' be hit, are also probably TKA's. With that combination they have nearly 170 ranged defense. With some bio-enhanced clothing can reach for well over 200.
At master, rifleman can seemingly kite and fire as easily as a pistoleer.
