Both random HAM and targeted shots do indeed deal only 80% to the pool that they hit.

As near as we can tell, random HAM attacks hit Health 50% of the time, Action 35%, and Mind 15%.

Does anyone know the details of random HAM shots? I know that there's some thing where it hits health a certain percent, action a certain percent, etc. Also, even the targeted shots only do like 80% damage to the targeted pool?

Anyway, I'd like the details of that if anyone has it. And if someone feels spunky, I'd love to see one of these speed & damage calculators actually break down the damage per pool by each shot.
