as a master pistoleer/BH pistols 4, I hit fencers about half the time.

Just some advice from a veteran player (yes my post count is low I switched accounts), if you want to take down def stackers as a pistoleer template, I'd go master pistoleer/bh pistols 4/dirty fighting 4, you have the TWO MOST VALUABLE tools in taking down a defense stacker, intimidate and stun. Intimidate the fencer to negate dodge and then then spam last ditch until they are stunned, continue spamming last ditch or switch to eyeshot, torso, whatever you like. But a stunned and intimidated fencer, will be as easy to hit as a dwarf nuna. Try it, and thank me later.

Works every time. It is just a little risky getting in range for the intimidate, but with KD food, not really a big issue, but you may trade an intimidate on him/her for some sort of DOT and intimidate on you.
