Yup. But since they're redoing the speed formula, 100 speed is not going to automatically speedcap everything (About dang time they fixed that). Instead, there will be a dimishing return formula. So although we can still conclude more == better, there's going to be a cutoff point somewhere where we the effects will become so small for a point-per-point difference stacking GRS becomes pointless.
