Hello fellow pistoleers!
I am curious about something, my friends tell me that the recharge rates for special abilties in one proffesion is supposed to be the same for all of them. But I have noticed, that Healthshot 2 is much faster then Stopping Shot, I get out about 2.5 of them in the time I get out a stopping shot. What is up with this, does anyone know?
I'm mostly using FWG Pistol(i think its called that, it has heat damage), with 1.5 speed.

that is incorrect. Every Special has a damage modifier, and a speed modifier.. once you get enough Pistol Speed, you will cap on all specials though, and they will fire at the same pace.
