Am I crazy for thinking that healthshot2 should do health damage? I often fireoff healthshot2 and see mindshot or actionshot appear above the mob. Please tell me this is a bug.

You mean it says "Head hit" or "leg hit"? I'd say ignore that, because in 20 seconds it will bleed their health.
