Pistoleer Archive

I'm a CH that uses pistol as my primary weapon. I have about 12 skill pints to spend on the Pistoleer trees. What would give me the most bang for the buck.? I do mostly PvE and occasional PvP.

Any help would be appreciated

I would do 0040 for fanshot stoppingshot and migration.
