fencer, you get more dodge then, also you get (if you fight melee) centre of being thing.

for defence.............fencer because you get to be @ the dodge cap and u get more defence, if your wielding your stun baton u get a nice COB aswell

fencer by FAR if you're just looking at defense numbers (extra dodge, more state defenses, more melee/ranged defense)

but the meditation line in tka is still very, veryuseful

you can buff yourself, cure diseases, poisons, bleeds, oh yah, and wounds

Fencer=defense
TKA=offense

If something is weak to kinetic, why use a stryker?

Even with master pistoleer and last ditch I find myself killing on PvE faster with TKA even with high kin resists.
