well this is about stacking it seems NO ONE i know has a clue about this stuff...
Right now i have master pistoleer, Bounty 0040, and TK 0043. I want to drop some pistol skills to go master TK but what i need to know some stuffin order to make my decision of what to get rid of... does Dodge from 4000 pistoleer give me a dodge mod while im using TK? and does the Defence to KD/stun/dizzy stack with the same mods i get from Conditioned Balance in the TK tree up to the +120 cap?
Because the way i see it is dodge is added to a universal pool where dodge from otherprofessions are put, and so are the defences, so wouldnt they effect every profession up to the cap?

Dodge only works if you have a pistol or fencer weapon in your hand. The defense vs. KD/stun/dizzy/etc works no matter what weapon you are using.

defence acuity is the secondary defence of teras kasi profession, and it does next to nothing becasue it has an extra roll in order ot kick in compared to every other secondary defence, and it doesnt stack with any other professin. only melee, ranged, and state defence stack across professins otehrwise block is stacked with rifle/pike, dodge as fencer/pistoleer, and counterattack as carbineer/swordsman.
you need to have a weapon equipped from its corresponding profession in order for its secondary defence mod to be able to kick in.

Ya specific things like dodge, block, and counterattack only work when you have the correct weapon in hand. The defences like defence vs. knockdown still stack but that may change soon. TK is not really a good defense profession.. its more of all offense with a little defense.. fencer is the defence one.
