There was a thread about this, but I can't find it now. Which lines of Fencer, are best for Pistoleer?

Fencer 4030,3040, 4300, or 3400?

This is for the MP, BH 0040, Fencer defenseTemplate... obviously.

With novice fencer you have 120 in dodge (limit is 125) so Fencing Technique line is not THAT import (only state defence mod are usefull)

I like 4000. On the other hand I don't have more SPs.

It really depends on what you're doing, and what you need, but go take a look at the mods given by each line. Personally, I'd be considering one of the following:

4210 would grant +54 melee/ranged def, +20 vs KD and Posture Change, melee mitigation 1
4030 would grant +54 melee/ranged def, melee mitigation 2 and +10 vs Blind/Dizzy/Intimidate
3400 would grant +39 melee/ranged def, +50 vs KD and Posture Change, and cap Dodge

3400 is the best choice or if you don't have enough points, sufficiently you can go with 2400.
