I am a Master Smuggler and 2-4-4-3 on Pistoleer. What is the best weapon to use and to kill on this super slow grind? I have been killing almost anything on Dathomir right now and using either my Geo pistol or DX2. Any suggestions?

Sorry for the accidental double post! =(

DX2, hunt huurton stalkers on Dantooine. 10k missions. You should avg about 50-65k per lair when grouped.
These are fast, I can finish a lair in about 5-8 min using bleeds.

Simple reply, attach /examine to a quick key.
Get the following guns:
DX-2 (or Scatter if you gotBH 0040) (ACID)
FWG5 (HEAT)
Republic Blaster (ENERGY)
Geonocian Blaster (STUN)
Striker (KINETIC)
Lightning Cannon (ELECTRICITY) (for BH0044)
Launcher Pistol (BLAST) (for Commando)
This will give you five damage types. Whenever you encounter something, use the /examine quick key, and look through the vulnerabilities. Simply use the gun that makes the damage type that the monster is most vulnerable against.
ACID:
Acid is a nice damage type, becouse many monsters are vulnerable against acid. The drawback is that the guns do crappy damage. Especially useful against droids unless you also have BH0004 (LLC) that will give you electricity damage.
HEAT:
FWG5's does decent damage, but many monsters have high heat protection... one nice monster that dont are squills, so squillcave is a place where you really can make a difference by simple switching to fwg5.
ENERGY:
Lots of monsters have vulnerability to Energy, but a Republic Blaster do pretty decent damage. Just make sure to shoot up any DOT (often bleeding) first becouse it will mess up your xp gain. You can also check up the other energy weapons (there are many) if you prefer speed/accuracy against damage.
STUN:
When you got the money, Geo Blaster is the way to go. Very very few monsters have stun protection, and it commonly do just as much damage as energy pistols. When money is no longer a problem, grab a geo or two with high condition, and have fun. I almost exclusively use geo now, but its expensive.
KINETIC:
Now here's a fun one. Strikers do bad damage, I give you that... and getting one that even come close to the other guns damage-wise is expensive and difficult... but it does KINETIC damage, which is nice to have when you accidently run into a nightsister that are 100% immune vs just everything else.

LLC is NOT a pistol. It is a rifle under the heavy weapons catagory. Did you mean to put Scatter Pistol?

Lightning Cannon (ELECTRICITY) (for BH0044)
Do you know what the "for BH0044" means? It means that you can option this template if you now grinded all the way up to novice bh, allowing you to get an electricity weapon that are useful for taking down super battle droids and other electricity vulnerable opponents.
This is a optional path. It isnt obvious for a pistoleer to take it, just like Commando is optional, or the smuggler path is optional.
