no, i don't care if this has been posted, i'm not searching past the third page.......
who's got the best DE-10, no power ups....but can be sliced or unsliced
mine is 3.4337 - 421 sliced, no power up

174-501 3.5, sliced , no power ups. about 667 max dmg with power ups

Anyone want to sell me one for what they are actually worth? Hint: they are not worth over 100,000 credits (you see that right, 100K).
I've said it a thousand times, they are simply not worth it for an Energy firing blaster. Sure, higher damage that most other pistols, but you can get weapons with similar stats for far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far far less.
What I don't get is how are pistoleers getting these things? I went to the Death Watch Bunker in the hopes that I might be able to take down 2 or 3 thugs, and possibly get a barrel... and whilst I was in the first room... finally get a thug for myself and another guy brings with him a Ghost and a Battle Droid. I was minding my own business but the Battle Droid decided to shift his attention over to me. I was dead in one hit.

hey B'en your a clown. Do you understand that you make these with Krayt tissues. Do you know how much tissues are worth? Not even going into the difficulty of looting the stuff,,,but if you have been then you know.
Lastly, have you even used the pistol? Its not for PvP,,,it is PvE and i tick at 2500 damage with mine using last ditch. And yes,,,the 7mill i paid for mine is worth every penny.
Go buy a good fwg5 with your 100k you joke of a noob.

oops,,,got upset about that guy and his 100k comment.
This isnt my gun but i have personally seen this one. It was also on another thread with pics i believe.
it was 780mx damage without powerup. +297 tissues were used with a monster damage slice.
Its the best ive seen. With powerup over 1k damage with a DAM pistol. I was drooling all over myself. If they allowed us to kill players and loot their weapons,,,i surely would have.

My friend, stop driking and go to the AA's. You might still have a chance.
yes they are energy... now lets look at the following scenario. I'm also part BH, that means that sometimes i go on jedi missions. Now, jedi can't use armor or psg's. I can get stopping shots of around 4500, thats 1125 dmg pvp, torso shots near of 2800 dmg..
right worth 100 000 credits.... mine costed 6 millions..... actually i almost only use it vs jedi's or in special situations.

Okay, to all you DE-10 owning experts, I have some questions. I have a schematic and a barrel (although I am still trying for the yellow letter barrel) and want to go get this crafted. I read the guide to enhanced pistols and all that, but I want to make sureI am going about this the right way to get the best pistol possible.
So if I take a schematic, a yellow barrel, and 3 krayt tissues to a weaponsmith (12 point WS for the best right?), that's as good as I can do right? Please correct me or fill me in if I am missing something. Thanks!

a WS can get higher than 12points,,,but my understanding is that anything over 12points really doesnt improve the quality of the product. So yes you are correct. My advice,,,work your hardest to get 3 monster tissues,,,over 200 if you can. If you have some around 100,,,give it a couple weeks and see if you can get better. A good de10 is all about the tissues and a lucky slice. Gl

Krayt tissues didn't used to be expensive. The only reason they are now is due to the low supply. Weaponsmiths used to aquire their own tissues and carry a regular stock of Krayt weapons. Not anymore. Everyone's on the FS bandwaggon and don't have the time to go Krayt hunting. Granted, you need help and isn't the most enjoyable pasttime.+50 tissues go for $1M a piece today, so for a DE-10 you're already talking $3M plus the barrel & schematic. The smart approach is to get your own tissues, barrels, and schematics so all you have to pay is a crafting and slicing fee. But, if you don't it does get expensive. I do agree with the point he was trying to make...DE-10's are overly expensive given that they're an energy dmg weapon. The extra dmg you might get from using a DE-10 will be mitigated by the high resists just about everything in PvP or PvE has. The exception are the 500+ dmg DE-10's. Those are well worth the extra $...but given their rarety good luck finding one on a vendor.

Where the heck did you get your information about Weaponsmith experimentation points. The cap is 12 points...period!
To the original poster,
You talking about a looted weapon in your post (and I haven't heard of a looted DE-10 yet)?The minimum damage you listed would mean that the weapon is most certainly an exploited weapon if it was player crafted.

what server do you play on that 400+ damage pistols are less than 100k??
