Ok so.. Ever since unlocking over a year ago and mastering RM just to find out I didn't like it my grind to be a pistoller again has been delayed for months.
Just now I'm really getting back into the game and finishing my pistoller grind -- Already had BH pistol and M pistoller but its the side stuff.
I was working Fencer. Left at 0400 Brawler and am now 0230 working for 0340.
But! I changed my mind and decided I rather have novice commando (For my favorite gun ingame) and DF... Only I don't want to give up all of Fencer to start over -- I HATE that unarmed grind. Also with the CURB defense stacking my be taken out altogether so... More reason to not go with Fencer.
So before I waste even more time on Fencer which I plan on getting rid of regardless of the CURB I wanted to ask: Should I get rid of Fencer and start working my way up from the bottom with unarmed or continue my Fencer grind in hopes of being able to exchange it for unarmed 4, novice commnado and DF 4 when the CURB hits?
It's been said in an interview that we'll be able to exchange our combat skills when the CURB hits but we all know how the developers are.
I just don't know what to do.

I'd say you may as well grind out the template you want than wait an indefinate period for the CURB.

ugh...
See that is even worse!
I really can't enjoy any game until I'm settled in my ways. I can't fully enjoy running around in SWG until my character is settled.
But really... I have alot of other things to occupy me in the mean time. From actually grinding Jedi that I put off for over a year, getting my FS skills on my main character and also mastering pilot (Those last for 4 boxes are worse then Jedi).
So just getting the Fencer stuff and waiting for the CURB to get the skills I DO want isn't much of a bad idea as in the mean time I have other things to do. And if I finish all that other stuff, I doubt it, I may always be in the mood to regrind. Because right now I'm not.
Also, melee grinding just seems easier to me then ranged. I feel ranged weapons break faster then melee for some reason and I always want to baby my ranged weapons.
