I became Master today, but need a little advice from u veterans. I will do mostly PvE and need to know what kind of macros or specials you guys use most often. I've noticed thatmany of the specials are making little damdage and wonder which specials I should make room for on my F-Keys. My second profession is TKM atm so I don't have any BH stuff. Any other tip relating to the profession will be most welcome!
I'm collecting parts to a DE-10, but need a good gun in the mean time. Acid guns seem to be the better choice because most targets got less protection against it. Anyone here got one with dmg 250+ or so for sale?

Hey, another TK, Pistoleer here. I find a decent Geo is also great for PvE, used it to grind most of the way to master, and still find times to use it. I also like the DX2 a lot. AP1 Acid is really nice at times.
And a little tip to get the DE-10. Get your guild together for hunts in the DWB, and for kryats. Be the tank, and ask for yellow barrells, some good tissues, the schematic. Good luck bro!

Republic blasters can reach over 250 with a decent damage slice.

Just look on vendors for a decent speed pistol that isnt sliced. Look for something around 2.0-2.5, and with a dmg of about 250. Even 200dmg is fine. Get a good dmg slice, and you are doing really good. Also soemtimes I find pistols with good additional health bleed dots on them, plus my normal BS2 with that, ticks for about 200. Not bad for someone who uses Poisons and diseases.

LordZavian, the straight pistoleer specials (not counting BH or Smuggler) that I would put on my toolbar would be HealthShot2, HealthShot1 (it stacks with HS2), PistolMeleeDefense1 (not 2), PointBlankArea1 (again, not 2), Fan Shot, and Stopping Shot. Some pistoleers here find SuppressionFire1 useful too. All the rest of the specials are either broken, redundant, or useless.

If you want to do your damage with pistols over your TK skills, it might be smart to go for BH pistols. Gotta love torso.
