How does your pistol speed skill affect the speed mod of a pistol? Lets say I have a 119 speed skill and a 1.7 delay pistol, how do I tell the actual delay on it? Sorry for the noob questions.

Your Pistol speed affects how fast you fire by using a formula that incorporates your Weapon's Speed and your Speed Mod. Your Shot-per-Second (speed) increases exponentially the higher your Speed Mod gets, as shown in this web page.
