A new exploit has come to my attention in which DOT's can be removed from items on display, permanently. If you have nice DOT pistols, do not hang them on the wall in a public structure, keep them inside a bag, on a vendor, in the bank, or in your inventory.

I will not elaborate about this one, and would ask anyone else who is familiar with this exploit to please be quiet about it till the fix goes in.

keep it safe, keep it out of plain sight.
