Ranged speed does not work for any weapon, and melee speed works for all (ranged and melee, yes) aside from heavy weapoons; im pretty sure no mod is working for them. I'm sure someone else can confirm this.

Confirmed. Ranged Speed and Ranged Accuracy are both currently broken.
