Pistoleer Archive

I have recently started to switch from melee to ranged. i have been reading a lot on the forums about the best pvp professions out there and have concluded the two i want to choose from but id like to hear some of your opinoins on which you all like better. I also put what i would rate them.

my final choices are: (please rate them 1-10. 1 being the highest)

Master Pistoleer/BH 0040/some melee profession (or deffenses or dirty fighting 4).
Offense: 8 (if i had dirty fighting 4 id rate it 9)
Defense: 5
For fun: 7

Master Pistoleer/smuggler 0040/tka/partial fencer.
Offense: 7
Defense: 7
For fun: 7

I would take teh pistol BH one personally. Has some of the best specials for pistols. If you are looking to stack it with something though, i would go with rifles cause you would have to pre reqs already, and they get good range defense. Or you could take some medic. Or you could take master pistol/3040 bh (hunt jedi)/smuggler 0040 (highest pistol shot). Your offense rating looks about right to me, but defense is too low imho. I would put just pistol defense at prolly 6or 7. Here is my reason for that. The best move in pvp is the the KD dizzy and a pistoleer with the right foods will be dam near impossible to keep down.
