With my desiredtemplate, I need to choose between Master Pistoleer or Master BH. Although the DE-10 looks cool, a nice Scatter is competitive. Does the extra dodge and other stuff at master pistoleer make much difference over 4 3 4 4 Pistoleer?

I think Master is worth it. In addition to the accuracy mods you gain, being certed for the DE-10 is essential. While comparing the DE-10 and Scatter (Energy versus Acid) is like comparing apples and oranges, I've never seen a 400+ max dmg scatter pistol before ... my DE-10 (505 max, 672 pup'd) is like a laser rifle with advanced strafe using stopping shot and fanshot.

If you are going to be hunting Jedi you are going to need a DE-10. The DE-10, if you can afford a good one, can be 650+ w/pup when compared to a scatter lets say with 400+ w/pup. You will be speed capped with the inclusion of bounty pistols so the slower speed of the DE-10 will not be a factor and so the extra damage is a great benefit. On the other hand if you are going to be pvping you may want to go for a nice Scatter as they are not affected by psgs. But it's your choice. Whichever you like to use, or can afford, will suit you best. And as for the Master box being useful,I would have to say yes. The extra Dodge, Accuracy, and Accuracy while Moving will be a big help. More is always better. My two creds...

Thanks....I was thinking about buying some high high damage tissues and have my WS make some awsome scatters from them. A +150 tissue can make a scatter to be like450damage with a 26% damage slice and pup.Certainly not as nice as ultra high end DE-10's but still a great gun especially against guys with high energy resist. I guess the best thing to do is to getthat nice scatter and a nice DE-10 with master pistoleer. Might need to buymyself an ADK if I do that though.
