hi fellow pistoleers, I kno those aren't the best out there, but I managed to make some good stuff lately, I don't have all stats on me only speed/max damage, those are sliced, without powerups.
Scout blaster
0.9 speed 235 damage
0.7 speed 198 damage
1.5 speed 259 damage
Scatter Pistols
2.1 speed 308 damage
those are running on eclipse, the first scout is mine (I'm smuggler so it helps as I'm not pistoleer more far than 0003), the other ones are either for sale (in my vendor) or sold

Speed means nothing when you shoot at the cap. It's all about damage.
Still some nice pistols though.

I don't shoot at cap as smuggler sorry, and I don't wanna dabble in pistoleer. so try shooting last ditch with +25 pistol speed, well I actually have more cause I took 0003 in pistoleer so I'm at +48 pistol speed, still far from 1 sec cap on last ditch, at least with regular guns.
