Ok, ranking your moves isn't going to matter much because there is little or no chance you're going to use the low end moves now that you're speed capped. Master pistoleer/Bh pistols 4 = 129 speed if memory serves. At this speed you fire every single move at move second with any gun, even the deathly slow DE-10, the newest reason to pick up BH pistols line.

So, your best pistol moves for PvE are Stoppingshot with a x5 damage multiplier but random ham and Eyeshot mind attack with x3 mod, and fanshot for area attack. I also recommend using Fast Blast, not sure on the stats for that one but it's a rapist. PvP keep to eyshot with a stun pistol.

Carbines without novice carbineer and the first speed box you're not capped with this weapon so you'll rarely use it over a pistol, in addition without carbineer specials you won't outdamage your pistols per shot so the carbine will probably lie in your backpack unused. PvP with a carbine is a lot faster to the cloner than a pistol. lol

LLC looks cool and attracts noob BH's, but as a weapon it's damn near useless unless you're going somewhere with a lot of droids, there aren't enough speed mods to make specials viable, the specials aren't damaging enough for the speed and it's only AP1. Use this on droids and never in PvP

I can't say fairer than that I'm afraid. As borked as pistoleer is, we have way more going for us that carbineers, and until BH is fixed he will never be more than a stacking profession. We stack it for speed, accuracy and decent moves, carbineer will stack for the speed and accuracy to use their own moves effectively and everyone else stack investigation to hunt jedi. I recommend you take a look at your template and decide whether or not the carbine and LLC are worth your time since your obviously concentrating on pisotls as a primary weapon.
