Pistoleer Archive

I am nearly complete with my character template, but in being a Master Squad Leader / Ranger I am having to choose my Pistoleer skills carefully. I want to get up to 4 in at least one tree. I was wondering which tree is the most useful, especially where PvP is concerned that is my weakest area at the moment. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Don't know exactly if I had to choose just one, but pIck them wisely.....along with whatever you choose....get major def vs knockdown skill attachments. The worse part of PVP to me is being low blowed and knocked down.....especially on surprise attacks when someone sneaks in on your radar while you are reading something, picking a map location or just plain not paying attention.....Hey it happens.

I really appreciate the input and I have decide that I will go up to Pistol Stances & Grips: IV and try to get as much as I can out of Pistol Special Abilities. I'm already at Pistol Stances & Grips: II and Pistol Special Abilities: II. Thanks to the person who pointed me towards the FAQ and to Hardwired for telling me about the benefits of Defense vs Knockdown. Hopefully I'll become a much better Hunting Squad Leader and Raiding Squad Leader with these abilities. If anyone else has some more helpful tips I'm always open to good advice. Thanks again.
