first things first , stop using last ditch . with the speed mods you currently have the damage per second of last ditch is very low because of the delay mod of last ditch . use health shot 2 for now , it targets the health pool and the delay is neglible , once you get fan shot you can start using it ( low delay , decent damage multiplier , and ability to damage multiple mobs because of aoe ).
npc missions are not the fastest way to level because of the fact that only 2 to 4 spawn per mission . savage quenkers are probably the best in terms of xp , difficulty and payout . with 70% kinetic ubese or composite and buffs you will be able to breeze through savage quenker missions ( buffs aren't necessary but highly reccomended because they will cut your downtime in half and probably allow you to do twice as many missions in a given time period ) .
always check the resists of the mob to decide which weapon to use , i use the fwg-5 , dx-2 , republic blaster , geo blaster and the striker pistol depending on the perticular mob i am facing .
if money isn't an issue and you just want to level really fast , go to the squill caves ( use fwg-5 they are vulnerable to heat ) or go to the tusken fort ( use dx-2 ) . also group with a pet to get the xp bonus .
