Thread: Armor, or Enhanced clothing for you pistoleers?
hehe... the only clothing i can think of is the melee/defense vs stun BE clothes, the bleeding defense clothes. there are loot clothing though, that Aakuans drop (+5 ranged defense rings x 2, disease resist robes (or is it poison) and bleed defense shirts). You can also get the Lightweight Military backpack which gives +3 ranged and melee defense i think. Tusken clothes may offer some assistance. And of course any clothing that has been enhanced with skill tapes.
If you were to purchase a full suit of enhanced/skill taped/loot dropped clothing it would run in the millions. Aakuan rings sell for 2 mil apiece on my server, the lowest price for a backpack i've seen is 400k, BE clothing (the +4 melee defense/+16 stun defense) goes for like 20k a piece, +10 bleed resist shirts are at least 10k... Skill tapes are easily 100k per point depending on what they do. If they are good expect to pay 300k-500k for just a plus one. 
And then you have Stun layered composite armor. I just bought a set...
28% stun resist on head chest legs. Base resists on those pieces after slicing are 88%/78%/89%.
The rest of the pieces are all 4% stun mostly encumbrance sliced with 60%+ base resists.
Cost about 800k.

Went to the Geo cave and until I got too greedy (lol soloing 5 enhanced kwi and 2 enhanced klikniks all at once) I couldn't be touched.
I recently stopped wearing armour, since everyone is now running around with stunw eapons and layered composite only offers about 34% stun protection on my server atm (the resource for stun layers popped around 2 weeks ago for the first time ever).
So I got rid of my composite suit and now I only use PSGs coupled with food buffs (synthsteak, flameout, air cake). Right now I'm looking for some fashionable BE clothes and skill tapes for my Pistoleer/TKA/Smuggler combo.
Lowest price for a backpack 400k ?
