1. Yes. All specials work, but how well is another story.
2. hits alltargets in a 32m radius I think, whether in front of you, on the side or behind you.
3. Its a pretty weak shot fora master special. I never use it. Brings to much aggro for little gain.

It's got some funky Line of Sight (LOS) issues. It gets very temperamental if you try to fire it when you don't have LOS to one or more of the targets.
