Thread: BodyShot3 seems to be working...ninja Fix?

I have avoided bodyshot 3 because everyone was saying it suks but I just got it yesterday and began testing
Bodyshot 2 for me does between 300 - 750 pts of damage called a chest shot
BodyShot 3 does 600 - 1400 pts of damage and called a gut shot.
Also, bodyshot 3 seems to use like maybe 10 more ham than bodyshot 2

unless it was changed in the last patch, bodyshot3 is slower and less powerful and has higher HAM costs than healthshot2...

To qualify -- BodyShot3 (Gut Shot) will indeed hit for more damage per blow, but overall decrease damage over time, as it is slower than BodyShot2 (Chest Shot).
Some numbers...
Weapon Speed (after all mods) -- 1.0s
Weapon Minimum Damage 100
Weapon Maximum Damage 200
Average DPS (Damage Per Second)
Body Shot 3 156.25
Body Shot 2 175
I had a nice table done up, but board won't allow it, so meh.

whenever iused it, i was getting lower damage, and slower...

seems to at least dole more damage now, but maybe i was cracked out when i tested BS3. either way, HS1 or 2 will still outdo it under most circumstances.

When you say HealthShot1 or 2, are you talking about the bleeds, or BodyShot1 and 2?

The bleeds. Since the initial hit was beefed up, it actually hits almost as hard as BS3, with faster rate of fire.

Jebus, used HealthShot2 (Sap Blast) last night and it does indeed hit for more than BodyShot2 or BodyShot3.
Anyone know the Delay Mod on HealthShot1 and HealthShot2?

Delay mods are 1x and 2x respectively for those 2...a good DPS calculator is here and shows all the delay and damage mods http://killyourpc.org/swg/swg_dps.php

I took body shot off my toolbar awhile ago and replaced it with Healthshot2. I had considered removeing Health after the bleed nerf, but found that it does more damage than either BS1 or BS2 and sticks a bleed. HS2 has been our best targetted pool shot since the DOT nerf. It was mentioned on this board a number times since the nerf, I'm surprised you guys missed it.
