Got a question, when you move does the "pistol accuracy while moving" mod stack on top of your accuracy or...
while your moving the only accuracy you get is from the "pistol accuracy while moving" mod.
or am I wrong twice just want to know how the "pistol accuracy while moving" mod really works

It is believed that the Pistol Accuracy skill is always used when holding a pistol. The other Pistol Accuracy skills such as While Moving, or While Standing, ADD to the plain Pistol Accuracy. But the problem is IMHO, a BH, not even master, will get higher pistol mod then master pistoleer, even if you add our other mods together.
