Are their any good PVP macro's for pistoleer? If so can anyone let us know what they use?

The only macro I'd consider using would be one that auto stacks healthshot 1 and 2:
/healthshot1;
/healthshot2;
and put it in my toolbar in place where I would normally just put my HS2 button. But other than that, good PvP is a very free-flowing combat system where you may need to change or adjust strategies on the fly. Macros can hinder this.
One which I do use and which has saved my life countless times is:
/ui action clearCombatQueue;
which I used the keymap under Control-O to bind to my mouse wheel. With this macro I can queue up a spam of the same attack (say Fan Shot), and if I notice my health bleed stops ticking, one click of the mouse wheel will clear the combat queue instantly and let me tap health shot again.
This macro comes in handy for any combat profession.
Hope that helps!

Healthshots 1 and 2 do stack and always have done.
As to why you would stick healthshot 1 in, the answer is simply because they do stack. If you pound away with HS2 you'll get one dot every 20 seconds, but if you take the time to land just one HS1 then you'll get 2 ticks every 20 seconds.
The only thing I can suggest is that you switch the order in the macro;
/healthshot2;
/healthshot1
Land the biggy first, especially in PvP since it might be several seconds after landing the first that you get the second to hit, and stick.

Even if they do, which from my experience they do not, why waste a special on Healthshot1 when you can just pound away with HS2?
The Only Macros I have for pistols is:
/lowblow;
/panicshot;
/pause .5;
/peace
At this point I switch to my VK and close range and pound the hell out of my target hopin gto land a Dizzy before he gets up.
