I posted this in the Wanderhome Forum and several rifleman responded but then I realized only pistoleers get all 3 so here it goes.
Ok so accuracy while standing is an obvious and so is accuracy while moving, but what about accuracy? Do you add that to the other accuracy skill that you are currently using to equal your total accuracy?
Example - +100 accuracy while moving +125 accuracy = 225 accuracy while moving?
Example - +85 accuracy while standing +150 accuracy = 235 accuracy while standing?
If not can someone please try to explain how this works.

When you arerunning, the "Accuracy While Moving", "Accuracy", and *maybe* the "Accuracy While Standing" mods are in effect. We're not sure about the last one - if its while standing or while standing still only.
While kneeling, only the "Accuracy" mod is in effect.
While moving around in prone position, the "Accuracy" and "Accuracy While Moving" mods are in effect.
etcetera, etcetera.
