Pistol speed cap is at 100. When you have pistol speed 100 you fire every special with every pistol at one shot per second, cant get any faster then this. But I would say that getting 94 in speed is enough, because around this your pistol need to be slower then 4.4 seconds not to cap. So here you can use even most of the DE-10 at 1 shot per second. There is no cap to accuracy, so just get as much accuracy as you can!
