Is there going to be any sandbox testing? Has it started? I see that the SB sticky is gone.

We are still waiting to start the actual testing. Sounds like it's getting close tho.
If you haven't done so please apply to join in on the testing when we move into the Beta phase. They will be expanding the scope of this testing several times, so there will be many chances to get your hands on the new rules early.
