Thread: Please Help me with a PvP Pistol Template

I need some help choosing between thesetwo templates. I know that both arevery light on the pistoleer. Basically, in my mind, thereare only two branches in pistoleer worth having, the third and 4th. The other two you do so you can get the +20 speed at master.I have been a master pistoleer in the past, and unfortunately i must say I was disapointed. I know that will piss some of you off, but it is the honest truth. With all of the broken specials and lack of states other than a melee knockdown, Pistoleer has basically no offensive power. Unfortunately, the true power of the pistol lies in BH. However, BH needs defensive support. With this in mind,here are the two templates i am considering:

Ihave a +16 pistol speed belt, so i will be able to speed cap anything with either template.
The first is much more offence minded, and is obviously better in close quarters. It is a less specialized and more all around template. The feign is also very appealing. I could also do non elder nightsisters. My friend is aTKM, Master Rifle, and it always amuses me when people charge him, andhe dizzy KD's them, then pulls out the jawa and starts shooting them in the head while they are on the ground.
The second has MUCH better defences, and is basically pure pistol. I doubt i would ever even pull a stun bat. Is Blind/125 Dodge/125 Rng Def as good as it seems, or should i spend my points on medic instead of the rifle branch?
Since the rise of the jedi, everyone has been going to melee for pvp. Iwant tohave a non rifle/CM/Doc template that can prey on them. I think either one could screw up the rifle/CM/Doc pretty bad as well thanks to my exceptional pistol.
So, which would you choose? Or should i scrap these and try something completely different instead (not really interested in a Pistol/Pikeman Mutant, but thanks anyway

Remember that when/if the CB ever hits, template stacking will be out the window. So this would be a short term situation for you to use. I would suggest grabbing medic, and learning to use it instead of all the other defenses you get from stacking. As you might not be as good now, but you'll have a head start for when the CB does hit. This is what I've done, and I've been doing ok with it. But this is MHO. So take it for what it is worth.
