There is on in Tyrena near the Cantina. Exit the cantina through the "front door" and turn to the left. There will be another building across the small plaza and outside that building there will be three trainers. One of them is the Pistoleer trainer.
Sorry for th obscure directions, but that is the best I can do from memory.
