Thread: Modified Republic Cert, Where is it?

The info on the gun says it is at marksman, pistols3.
But it isn't really there. I got pistols 3 today and i still can't use it.
It also doesn't make much sense that the most powerful

Look down the pistol barrel. It's printed somewhere on there.

Im at Pistoleer (0/2/3/0) and it still says that I cannot use.

Why would they put a better version of the republic lower in the tree? I don't think it really is where the cert is.

Hmm, I am thinking it is novice pistoleer. I will have to doublecheck. Perhaps Randonb knows

Ya, it's novice pistoleer, it's the same cert as the normal republic.

Modified Republic Blaster - Says it requires Pistols III in the marksman tree to use, but it ACTUALLY requires Novice Pistoleer, go ahead, try it out for yourself...

That really is what it says. Sounds like after I reported that it was certed earlier than the standard republic they moved it, but didn't update the description. That's an annoying oversight. You were planning on getting Novice Pistoleer anyway, right? 
If nothing else, it will sell on the bazaar for 6k.
If nothing else, it will sell on the bazaar for 6k.Get a nice Scout Blaster for the rest of the grind to Pistols 4/Novice Pistoleer. I think you have the cert, and they are pretty widely available. Though the DL-44 is making a comeback... poor, poor DH17. So underappreciated.

No way Randonb! a DH-17 with 100 minimum damage? Not bad.
What I want is a damage sliced, krayted CDEF pistol that blows holes in barn doors!!!
Has anyone seen a high damage CDEF??? That would be a collectors item.
