Okay, I'm going to try to get a forum going for people to rant about the problems of pistoleers, and how well the changes listed above address the problems (see the new pistoleer correspondent thread). Feel free to add or attack this post as you see fit.

Special Moves: Nice to have them fixed, but I think that disarm shot one and two should do more than just damage an opponent's weapon... unless you can make it maraculously fall apart in their hands.

Holsters: Well, sure. They might be cool, but I think some sort of added benefit should come with them. Prehapps something like a "Quick Draw" which lets youget opponents off guard, and (maybe) knock them down or at least do more damage than one normally would.

Bounty Hunter Vs. Pistoleer: I think there is now definatally a big problem with these two professions. I mean any sort of second level combat class (pistleer, rifleman, carboneer, etc.) should be able to beat a Bounty Hunter in one on one combat. Professions like pistoleer focus only on combat, while Bounty Hunter aught also have a lot to do with finding targets. It stands to reason that purely comat professions should be more powerful.

Gun Twirl Special Move: Um... maybe later. I think while the idea of gun tricks is fine, it should take a back seat to increasing combat skills in pistoleer, adding more guns, and maybe even adding some new little thing like allowing players to equip two pistols at once. While gun tricks are entertaining and all, I don't think they'd do much good while your lying on the floor beading, blind, stunned, dizzy and tripping when ever you try to stand up.

Certifications: More guns good.

Duel Wield: Don't really understand this one, so I won't touch it.

Almost every single thread in this forum is either about our problems or else turn into a thread about our problems.

There isn't much else to discuss here other than problems because almost all our skills are or will be broken or useless.
