What exactly does quick draw do? What specials are worth using as a master pistoleer?

i use a quickdraw macro 
basicly, do another proffs highest damage special(example headshot for rifles), followed by quickdraw, then body shot, put a puase inbetween them of 1 or .5 depending on your skills, just make sure your auto attack isnt selected on anything on your toolbar or it wont work.
