to my knowledge, no one has made a base DE-10. Prove me wrong someone!

On Bria usuing 30 dam Krayt tissues with no moderates was 288..with a 1 moderate it was 279. So figure somewhere between 258 and 280 with nonkrayted tissues..Depends on resources your weaponsmith may have. Dajon

I have a barrell and schem, but I've heard there are better barrells to be found, prove me wrong please...

There are white and yellow barrells, the yellow ones are suppose to be the better ones. If I remember right the stats on the barrels are not shown till you actually craft the gun.

Picked my self up a yellow barrel and schem just last night. Now im waiting on some decent tissue and i should have myself a nice little gun.
