Under Damage - What does the wound percentage mean? How does it affect the usefulness of the pistol?
Under Ranger Modifiers - The second number in each pair is distance, but what does the first number mean?
I have a pistol with:
Point Blank: +0 @ 0m
Ideal: -63 @ 20m
Max: -70 @ 64m
You would think I would know these things by now.

I believe wound % is the chance that a shot by that weapon will cause a wound to a HAM pool.

To my knowledge, the first number listed in the range modifiers of any weapon represents that weapon's accuracy modifiers at different distances. So in the case of your pistol, you have no modifier at all up close....it is simply neutral and based on your own accuracy skill level. But the farther away you move the worse your accuracy becomes. At 20m you have a -63 to accuracy modifier (which is frankly horrible).
I believe this is how it works, although I may be wrong. However it does seem to function that way for me. I do know that is you want to know what your current ranged accuracy modifier is to your current target, it is actually diplayed right above your opponents head next to their HAM bars. You will notice it gets worse if you or your opponent move, and improves if you stand still or crouch.
I hope this helps. More than that, I hope I am right. LOL.

Thanks to both of you for your responses. They seem to be reasonable.
I am just curioius if anyone has something else to add.

I think wound percentage has to do with Bleed hits. I know with a 70%+ Wound Gun, And Mind Shot 2, Over like 15 shots, nearly 200 wounds were caused to mind secondaries.
