I can't remember what pistol has the highest minimum dmg. I'm at work and the way dmg mitigaion works now it's better to have higher min dmg now than a low min dmg and high max dmg pistol it seems.

Any pistol with a high low end dmg. IMO, the DX2, so you'd better be ready to shell out some cash for a nice Krayt one if you want a very nice PvP gun

The Bounty Hunter'sScatter Pistol is generally the best pistol after Mitigation.

High minimum damage = best for Mitigation.

Great new chart on DPS in terms of mitigation!

Yah eletric is right, the scatter was pretty bad after the nerf, but with mitigation it has gotten a big boost 114 min damage is pretty nice

but keep in mind that krayt tissue will only increase the max damage so it will be only marginally beneficial. if you have the option of + 100 damage - .3 speed tissue or +50 damage -.6 speed tissue go for the one that will make your dx-2 quicker.
