It does two things, and I think it does those tings far, far better thanany other special of any other profession in this game:

JACK

and

SQUAT

I believe it is also limited to 32 meters. Because dealing negligible damage a couple of times is overpowered.

Multi target does work. Try it for your self. It is not the best spamable shot, but you can engage multiple enemies at once. The shot does not work like stopping shot or fan shot, but under the right circumstances it can be used effectively, you can not put a bunch in the combat que and expect good results.This special is not effective at fighting one creature, a waste ofHAM, but is really good atfighting multiple targets. They joy of shooting 8 desert squills for 1500 + damage with one shot is worth it. It is not a cone attack but a wrapper attack, so you do not have to set up for the cone.So when you are surrounded by alot of enemies try the shot, dont spam it, you will waste HAM.

In order to use multitarget effectively this condition must be met.

1. the shot targets all who have you targeted. (pvp and pve) So when you have a mob of banthas on you close up, multitargetpistolshot.
