Try hunting leviasqualls on Rori. They are big, offer decent EXP, and very slow. Very easy to kite, bleed them, run off a bit, then bodyshot them as they hop [ very slowly ] towards you. Also, shallow tortons work well using this tactic, although they are not as slow as the leviasqualls.
