Ok, I have been screwing with my char. template ALOT these days, but I think I finally have a decent PvP template idea, and I would like yalls opinion, please I am one block away from mastering TKA, just need meditation 4. I am also a Master Doctor. I know many will say one of the most uber combos is TKA/Doctor, but from my experiences, its not all that great, and this is why. I like to pick my PvP battles at Theed, this is because on my server, I KNOW I can always find a bunch of overt imperials there to pick on. Now, even tho im buffed, and I like to thinkI have semi decent tactics, I die alot, and sometimes quickly. I die, because of well, ranged professions. TKAs are useless if we cant hit you So I want to drop doctor, and pickup Pistoleer. I am currently Pistols 4 in marksman and have about 25k to go to get novice pistoleer. Would a TKA/Pistoleer combo be worth the dodge modifiers? I also plan to take up the DF tree in Smuggler for the specials. I know alot of people may say Rifleman/TKA, but I CANT STAND those big.... things they use. They're not rifles, they just plain ugly I'm not looking for a super uber, unbeatable combo (I'd go Commando/TKM if I wanted that), I'm just looking for a decent, hold my own combo... TKA/Pistoleer, yay or nay?

Its deff. purpose I want, I just wanted to state that the T21s are ugly hehe. I was thinking panic shop in smuggler to delay them, then run up and kd/dizzy and then, of course, spam UA hit 3 but maybe I'll just try both, and see wich is best.. thanks

Low Blow + Panic Shot, then while they're knocked down for about 10 second you can beat the daylights out of them with your TKA skills. Sounds pretty good to me.

For a hold your own pvp template involving TKM, I must say the best way to go is rifleman. I have had this combo for quite sometime and have yet to see a better combination. Get that and Pharm 4 for C stimps and you can take most people if done right. The T21 may be big and bulky but is it looks or purpose you are after?

I think you have to realize what faults you have with TKM and that is ranged attacks (AKA Kiting), to counter go the complete opposite which would be rifleman. Mind Bleed 2&1, Head Shot2, Unarmed Knockdown2 and then Unarmed HeadHit1 a couple of times usually will give you a kill.

I have done alot of pvp training with my guild and have not found a master commando or any other proffesion that can win a best of 5 challenge at any range scheme.
