These things are horrible. They need to be beefed up. Compare these to any Jawa Ion rifle. Pistoleers are at a huge disadvantage when the opponent is in armor now. (Yes, I Know carbineer get no stun weapon. That needs to be fixed to.)

the tangle pistol is complete ownage with an eyeshot spam against someone wearing armor. The damage is fine but you need to have good speed to use it well.

EyeShot isn't a Pistoleer skill.

Agreed, but Tangle isn't a Pistoleer only weapon.

Add the striker to that list too. It does kinetic damage and I realize it would be pretty useless in pvp but it's stats are about as bad as the tangle.

who said anything about eyeshot being a pistoleer skill? i am still a pistoleer dabbler so if you want to be technical then spam stopping shot with a tangle and it still is nice against armored foes.

I'm on farstar and i can't find a tangle pistol anywhere, anyone know where i could get one from.

In order to get on on Scylla, I commissioned a weaponsmith to make five. Go to your favorite weaponsmith and ask.

The reason the Tangle is so lame is not the weapon itself but rather the components used to make it. It takes one feed mechanism and 5 control units. The control units are a Master Artisan item and add nothing to the stats of the pistol. If it took a power handler and a barrel, it would be a much better weapon.

lets wait until they finish redoing the weapons along with the combat patch, before we complain, maybe it is fixed?
