With having Master Pistoleer, what speed gun would you need to be able to fire Stopping Shot at one second per? What is you have Master Marksmen as well?

you would need a gun with insane speed...without master pistoleer, the speed mod would be at +54 if i remember correctly, i wont go into detail with the speed formula (its late) but your gun would have to have a speed of something like 0.5, as in ZERO POINT FIVE. this is assuming that stopping shot has a delay of 4x.

if you had master marksman as well, i think theres a +5 pistol speed mod there but i might be wrong, you would need a gun with 0.6 speed.

so, the bottom line is, its not possible.
even with master pistoleer, the gun would have to have a speed of 1.0
