Well, it dosent do what i hoped it would. I just grinded up to it so i could grind out 4444 (already 4043) a little quicker. I think its pretty safe to say its broken. Mind boggling, i had no idea the extent of the broken pistoleer specials, but sheesh. I figured if area attack 1 works, how could 2 NOT work, its as simple as changing a few digits.... (maybe a little more complex, but the coding is mostly the same)

I guess apply this to Body shot 3 and a few others.....

/sigh

Actually, I think fanshot is technically broken, doesn't it shoot through walls? So, that leaves pistolMD1...one working special...WOW, now that is utterly deplorable...:-(

According to the test I ran, Fan Shot does not shoot through walls, but some walls seem to behave differently than others. Anyone who tried to use an area attack on the Corellian Corvette knows this. There is also that tricky agro business of it not damaging a target that isn't in combat but agroing them, but these issues are minor enough to be reported as such and are not cause to call the special "broken."

And yes, PBA2 is still broken.

PBA2 was working when I got it a few months back, as far as I could tell. Since then it has been broken.

And actually FanShot is not working, per it's description, so TECHNICALLY it is broken. The description says "hits a target multiple times" not "hits multiple targets at one time". Don't get me wrong, I like as it is. So they need to either change the text, or change the special. I would prefer change the text.

Sometimes people confuse "useful" with "not broken". The change of disarmingshot2 is a good example. It has always been broken, but it had a use. people didnt complain about it so much or so loudly, until it no longer had a use.

Rand, considering the last few days have shown patch notes of skill description text changes, how hard is it to get our text changed? Oh thats right, pistoleer is not Starwars'y enough for them to care about us. PPHHHTT
