I do like the concept of how llc and flamethrower users, can only use specials within a certain range, which could be 30 meters

I cant exactly keep dabblers out...and B is what everyone wants, then they will need to explain to me how they think they can justify dual wielding being more than just pretty animation if all you do is give it an accuracy hit...but that is for the discussion thread...please all you B voters get over there and discuss.
