it will be way too overpowering. there have been about 600000 petitions on this board already like this. they have all failed and were never looked at by devs or mods prolly.
You do know that it would make no sense whatsoever from decreasing speed, right? If you dual wield, the point is to increase the rate of fire. Jedi having 2 lightsabers is very similar to a double sided light saber... 
Also, unlike TKA's, Fencers, and Jedi, the damage of the pistols is very little. Accuracy decrease I would agree with, as long as it's not a -50 wherever you are or whatever stance you're in.
It will be way too overpowering eh?
