Then how about possibly adding an effect to PMD2 to make it more attractive?
I think we can be certain that the "stacking" of knockdown will be fixed eventually so maybe PMD2 could have the 'stun' effect of the target not being able to perform any actions.
Or, change it so that PMD1 is a posture change and PMD2 is a knockdown.
Giving PMD1 a posture change should still help with leveling(somewhat), and then when players get PMD2 the ease of leveling increases even more.
And I think we can all agree that we don't really need to do damage on any of the PMD's if they feel like adding effects, Im sure most of us prefer shooting for damage

I would love to see PMD2 with a dizzy effect or any kind of effect. Pure pistolers lack any kind of effect other then knockdown. Just about every other class has multiable skills that have status effects to them, I don't think it would be "overpowering" if we had at least one status effect attack.
Anything really to bring some appeal to PMD2. The "higher" damage is only decent since it has the same min damage as PMD1 (so it seems from lots of fighting), but it just has a higher max damage cap. It says pistol smash, I think dizzy or stun would go with that wording =Þ Though I can't really say I know what stun does hehe, never seen it do a delay to action or reduce stats as the effect says it does.

Of course this is just a minor issue, I would like to see everything else fixed first. I just wanted to say that PMD2 is pretty much useless as it is now =Þ

Another issue I'm seeing more and more is that my DX2 pistol isn't doing 125% dmg against AR0 targets. It is AR1 and so it should be once resists are factored out. You might wanna toss this into the report just to increase the odds of getting an official look at it.
